Are you an experienced Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Main Line Technician, or A/B Level Technician looking for your next long-term opportunity?

Horne CDJR Safford is growing our service team and looking for experienced technicians who know how to diagnose, repair, and get the job done right.

We are seeking technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience from either a dealership or independent shop.

If you're strong in diagnostics, electrical repair, engine work, transmission repair, and mechanical troubleshooting, we'd like to hear from you.

$30–$40 FLAT RATE — DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Main Line Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficient service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose customer vehicle concerns and determine necessary repairs
  
• Perform advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures
  
• Complete electrical, engine, transmission, and mechanical repairs
  
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair needs
  
• Determine required parts and communicate repair requirements
  
• Perform repairs efficiently and accurately
  
• Follow Fix It Right the First Time processes
  
• Perform quality-control inspections after repairs
  
• Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs when required
  
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• Complete additional technician duties based on experience and certifications
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of professional automotive technician experience is required.

Qualified candidates should have:

• A-Level or B-Level Technician experience
  
• Main line automotive repair experience
  
• Dealership and/or independent repair shop experience
  
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  
• Electrical diagnostic and repair experience
  
• Engine repair experience
  
• Transmission repair experience
  
• General mechanical repair experience
  
• Ability to accurately diagnose complex vehicle concerns
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a production-based service environment
